Abir is a strategy, investment & sales professional, and serial entrepreneur with more than 12 years of experience in the tech, lubricant oil, consulting, and creative industry. Driven by the passion to facilitate businesses, he has birthed several enterprises in his pursuit of creating value. Abir is the Managing Director of the AM Square Limited, Director of Standard Essential Company Ltd, Chairman of Beatnik Digital Communication Ltd, Director of Beatnik Technology Ltd and holds Directorial position at Filmstation Ltd. Currently, Abir is representing two leading international brands, Castrol Lubricant and BlackBerry Cybersecurity Solution for the Bangladesh market.

Currently, Abir is leading a team of engineers, strategists, analysts, researchers, marketers, tech and sales professionals. He has led strategic projects and has worked for brands like Summit Power, Energypac, World Bank, British Council, Bangladesh Government, Unilever, bKash, British American Tobacco, Bengal Meat, Axiata Group and Banglalink. Throughout his entrepreneurial journey, Abir has worked with over 600+ companies from 35+ different industries. Before founding his first venture Beatnik, Abir gained experience working in Incubation Center, Data Analytics, Telco, and Software industry, taking on multiple roles.

Driven by the possibility of creating social impact through youth mobilization, Abir has worked with youth and social development organization such as Toru Institute of Inclusive Innovation, Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) and South Asian Youth Society (SAYS) in multiple leadership role. In addition, Abir contributes to AnwaraShawket Trust as a Board of Trustees, a trust that works primarily for the disadvantaged community. Under the Technical leadership of Abir, Anwara-Shawket Trust mobilized funds to train young male and female as caregivers (childcare, eldercare and housekeeping professional) and to create job opportunities for them. Currently, Abir holds the Directorial position at JCI Imperial, an international organization that provides development opportunities to empower young people. In his free time, Abir provides advisory services to multiple startups in solving pressing social problem as commitment to giving back to startup community.

Abir is recognized as ‘’New Leaders for Tomorrow” by Crans Montana Forum (Switzerland). He received Fellowship under Economic Empowerment Program from the U.S. Department of State and Oklahoma University, USA. Also, Abir was awarded Business Excellence Award (Bizz 2017) by World Confederation of Businesses (USA). Abir has received his undergraduate degree from Herriot Watt University (UK) and is a Member of the CIMA (UK). He is also a certified Business Trainer of IFC (World Bank) and has been working with multiple organizations in developing and training human resources on multiple topics (e.g. Service Design, Sales Mastery and Storytelling etc.) to meet the challenges of modern world
